Mary Elle Masterson

I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember, and I am so excited to begin my first year in the classroom. I truly believe 2nd grade is the perfect sweet spot! Students are becoming more independent while still bringing so much excitement, curiosity, and joy to learning each day.

I graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education, with endorsements in Reading and ESOL. 

My Catholic faith is an important part of who I am, and I feel incredibly blessed to begin my teaching career in a Catholic school. I hope to help my students grow academically and in their faith while creating a classroom rooted in kindness, respect, and Christ’s love.

Outside of school, I enjoy workout classes, the beach, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Charleston . I am so grateful to be part of the Nativity School community!
